So today is Day 6 of #blogtober18 and the theme is forest creatures as it is #nationalbadgerday.
Firstly I am feeling a bit left out as it seems everything has a national day apart from me. Do you #nationalharassedmotherday could become a thing? Or is that already covered by mother’s day?
Secondly I had planned to do a walk to the woods today so that I could share some pictures of the lovely wooded areas that we are fortunate to live right next to even though we live in London. However, the weather had other ideas and 13 degrees C with almost constant rain felt so very cold after 22 and full sunshine yesterday. So there were no forest walks or #forestcreatures for us today.
Instead we hid out inside making craft farmyard and Halloween crafts. I will share the results and the ideas over the next couple of weeks.
Then it was a movie for the kids whilst I decorated the cupcakes I had made for the school disco this evening.
Now the kids are bouncing off the walls after loads of sugar at the disco and we are about to attempt bedtime!
So no forest creatures to report in my #blogtober18 day six post, but still a lovely day!
wE HAD CONSTANT RAIN YESTERDAY SO AFTER MY CHRISTMAS SHOPPING TRIP i SPENT THE AFTERNOON RELAXING IN FRONT OF THE tv!
I am so impressed with the Christmas shopping. I haven’t even thought about it yet
