The biggest baby event of the year – The Baby Show, with MadeForMums, is coming to Olympia London from Friday 18th until Sunday 20th October. Complete with fantastic show offers, over 200 exhibitors, an abundance of expert advice and the opportunity to try before you buy, it is the must-attend show for all new and expectant parents. And it promises one of its best line-ups yet with an amazing collection of experts and parenting insight from the likes of Loose Women favourite, Stacey Solomon, star and author of Happy Mum, Happy Baby, Giovanna Fletcher, and fitness fanatic, founder of YogaBlitz and reality TV star, Casey Batchelor who will be talking all things body after baby!

October’s show includes a number of brand new features including a Weaning Kitchen where Annabel Karmel and other foodie experts will provide top weaning hacks and recipes, a new Sleep Clinic where visitors can get expert advice from the nation’s best sleep experts, The Skip Hop Baby Play Zone where you can put your feet up whilst your little ones have fun and a Catwalk full of the latest fashions in clothing and accessories. All of this is included in your ticket price!

Great Baby Show Offers from Leading Brands

As well as aisles of fantastic retailers selling everything from buggies to bouncers, cribs to car seats, there will be product demonstrations from industry experts and fabulous show offers. For those unsure about which buggy they should buy – one of the biggest investments a new parent will ever make – the MadeForMums buggy testing track is an essential stop, where you can give your favourite strollers a test-drive before you make that big decision. This year the track will be even bigger, with more brands and ranges to try, before you buy.

Leading brands showcasing at Olympia include iCandy, Bugaboo, Lindex, Silvercross, Mamas & Papas, mothercare, Tommee Tippee, Milton and Stokke® to name a few. Meanwhile, there will be a number of new, boutique brands taking to the show for the first time such as baby fashion brand, Pickle, Totter + Tumble who make practical memory foam play mats, nursery lighting experts, Simple & Modern,  weaning bib, Bibado plus many more!

Expert Advice

Advice will come from sleep experts, Lucy Shrimpton, The Sleep Nanny® and Andrea Grace, author of Andrea Grace’s Gentle Sleep Solutions, nutritionist and weaning expert, Charlotte Stirling-Reed and new for this year – hypnobirthing expert, Kemi Johnson. Breastfeeding expert to the stars, Clare Byam-Cook, will be returning, together with birth specialist and author of The Positive Birth Book, Milli Hill, infant learning expert, Dr. Robert Titzer, lactation consultant Vanessa Christie and parenting guru and author of Your Baby Skin to Skin, Rachel Fitz-Desorgher. There will also be First Aid demonstrations held throughout the show where new parents can learn potentially life-saving skills including how to deal with a baby or child that is choking, suffers burns or has a febrile seizure.

For the first time ever, there will be an official show app in partnership with LetsBab where you can gain access to exclusive show experiences including notifications of events, unmissable discounts and competitions.  Download the app via the AppStore and GooglePlay.

LetsBab founder, Bonnie Takhar will be joining forces with Gemma Metcalfe-Beckers, founder of Mutha.Hood and Laura Williams of The Modern Nursery, to talk at the show about empowerment during your maternity leave.  They will share their business stories and give advice.

The Baby Show Facilities make life easier for mums with bumps or babies

The Baby Show understands that shopping with a bump or baby in tow can be a challenge.  That’s why they offer excellent facilities to lend a hand.

The Tommee Tippee Feeding Area has plenty of food for your baby, plus a quiet breastfeeding area with comfortable seating.

Lidl’s Lupilu Baby Changing Area provides a clean, safe environment to change your baby with complimentary nappies, wipes and products.

And to make your lives easier, parenting club, Emma’s Diary will be hosting a Shop & Drop and Collect-by-Car service.  So you can drop things off as you go, leaving your hands free for more shopping!

Plus, keep your little one entertained in the My First Ducati Experience with Peg Perego.  Here children can experience the world of Peg Perego electric ride on-toys, whilst you put your feet up!

Oh I’d love to go to the Baby Show but it’s just a bit too far away for us. It’s probably for the best really, as no doubt I’d end up treating myself to loads of stuff that I never even knew I needed! #dreamteam

    1. There is definitely a bit of that. I am going this year too just for the blog, but I will probably end up buying something even though I don’t have babies anymore lol!! #DreamTeam
