My twins are in love!  They are in love with their Kindi Kids which were kindly gifted to us.  Have you heard of the Kindi Kids?  I actually hadn’t until the lovely peeps at Moose Toys asked if we would like to try them out.

I am not sure how I didn’t know about them as not only are they a fun, captivating range of toys they also have their own you tube channel and so goodness knows how the girls hadn’t already started pestering me for them.Kindi Kids Dolls

Just to very transparent we were sent two Kindi Kids Dolls and two scooters.

I wonder if I may have gone past them before as I think of Kindi as being like  nursery when  in fact it is more like our reception so the Kindi Kids are just perfect for my twin 5 years olds who just like the kindi kids have just started school.

As soon as I saw the Kindi Kids Rainbow Kate dolls I knew the girls would adore them.  They have rainbow hair and sparkly, huge, colourful eyes…  The girls are all about sparkles and rainbows at the moment so they were clearly going to be popular, but I didn’t know how useful they would also be in keeping them distracted and playing with one another whilst I attempted to teach my older two at least some of their school syllabus.

Kindi Kids review 1

Our Kindi Kids have even become part of the twins ‘home schooling’.  I have been told that they are part of our reception class and they have given them both a name.  They now come to ‘fake’ assembly with us and are even taught  phonics by the girls.  It has been very cute to see them acting out what school is normally like when they are playing with their dolls and I think that has actually helped them work through all of these changes.

I know that they have absolutely loved playing with these delightful dolls and have been playing together without squabbles as they pretend the kindi kids are off to school or heading to the shops.  They love them especially as they have the same one and have decided that they are twins too.

Kindi Kids Rainbow Kate – what is included?

When you buy a Kindi Kids Rainbow Kate you get a 25cm high doll who is just so super cute and whose head wobbles.   I am aware that this may not sound like an amazing feature, but it really is… That little detail just brings Rainbow Kate to life and makes these dolls even more appealing.  If you also get the scooter her head wobble and bobbles about as she rides on the scooter and its just perfect!   She also comes with two Shopkins; a Rainbow Cupcake which spins like a top and Rainbow Slushie which you need to shake to activate the magic.  Rainbow Kate also has removable clothes and shoes.

Kindi Kids Review

The Kindi Kids Rainbow Kate and her friends Jessicake, Marsha Mello and Donatina have the most fabulous big glittery eyes and are described as being your little one’s new best friend.  That has certainly been true here with the girls insisting that their Kindi Kids, not only spend the day with us, but also have to sit by their beds at night.  I have also been asked more than a 1000 times whether for  their next birthday they could get another Kindi Kid.  These really cute dolls are supposed to be just starting Kindergarten so can be used to help little ones adjust to the idea of going to school for the first time.

Kindi Kids Dolls Accessories

There are a whole collection of toys within the Kindi Kids range which complement the dolls.  We were sent the Kindi Kids Puppy Petkin Scooter which is also extremely cute and the girls have had a lot of fun with.  The scooters are made to look like a puppy and when you move them forwards their little ears flap.  The Kindi Kids Puppy Petkin Scooter pairs exactly with the Kindi Kids dolls so that they stay on them even when 5 year olds push with all their might 😉  They also come with two more exclusive shopkin characters which can be carried in the back of the scooter or the smoothie  has a little spot in the drinks holder.

Kindi Kids Review Final Verdict

If you have little girls or boys who like a bit of sparkle, happy friendly faced dolls and a good bit of imaginative play then the Kindi Kids might be right up their street.  I think these dolls are very good value as they are genuinely lovely to look at and with the bobbly head are very slick.  I actually find them quite heavenly as they are just cheerful and bright and fun!.  They seem well made and sturdy all of which works for me when letting them loose with my 5 year olds.  They also don’t have any really little parts which is perfect when you are the one looking for them at the end of each day!!!

  1. I haven’t heard of these before either, mind you I pay less attention to dolls as my boys are not bothered with them. My nieces on the other hand would love these so I might have to get them for birthday presents. Sounds like your girls enjoyed them not everyone gets invited to pretend assemblies! #DreamTeam

    1. It is so true… an invite to pretend assembly is quite the honour! My boys barely gave the dolls a glance except to hide them from their sisters but they did like crashing the two scooters into one another lol! #DreamTeamLinky

    1. I know right!! I really love them, but now can’t look as one of the girls likes to ‘style’ hair so it is in a huge knot!! #DreamTeamLinky

I hadn’t heard of these until you posted them on Insta but I did a little research and I think my (almost) 3 year old would absolutely love one of these dolls too. The birthday list just keeps getting bigger and bigger, ha! I have already bought her one of the Bloom Baby Pops that you recommended 🙂 #DreamTeamLinky

    1. Yes I am sure she would as I think my girls are at the top end of the age for them, but they are obsessed and want all the others for Christmas lol! I’m feeling like a proper influener now 🙂 #DreamTeamLinky

  3. Awwww!!!! Those Kindi Kids look absolutely adorable! I love their rainbow hair and sparkles. I can tell just by looking at your photos that mine would love one (or more!) of these. It’s going on her wish list! #DreamTeamLinky xx
