Low Calorie Chicken Wrap Recipe

I have finally decided I need to lose this baby weight and so here is what I had for my first lunch on my new diet.  This recipe is for a low calorie chicken wrap and there is no reason you couldn’t also give this to the kids although I would check they like the mustard first.  I know mine don’t so I just do their version with plain chicken and a bit of cheese instead.

Ingredients:

1 wholemeal low calorie tortilla wrap

1.5 tsp natural yoghurt

1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

1/2 carrot grated

20g spinach

1 small tomato sliced

1 cal spray oil

 

Method:

  1. cut chicken into very small pieces
  2. fry in low fat spray oil and then cool
  3. Combine yoghurt and mustard in a small bowl
  4. Mix chicken into yoghurt mixture
  5. lay spinach, tomato and carrot onto wrap
  6. Add chicken mixture on top and wrap up
