As I write this my children are throwing water at one another in an attempt to cool down as it is so very warm in London. I am doing a 10km race next Sunday and should be training, but fear I may melt if I try….

This parody to the tune of Ultravox classic Vienna had me having a right chuckle, but not only is it funny it is also very true. I am one who does not get instagram and is endlessly frustrated by that delightful algorithm. If you are too or you just want a little giggle this one is the post for you.

Whiskey for Aftershave – Please don’t go

I often choose funny posts for my favourites as I love to laugh, but this post was so beautifully written I couldn’t pass it by. It is poignant and just so very honest about the impact of a couple’s separation on all concerned. Thank you for sharing such tricky stuff.
